How do I enter my bank details?

It’s very simple, just enter your bank details by following these steps:

My account > My Pro settings > My bank details

How to update my sales and bank details

To update your bank details, please bring the following documents with you:

  • Valid extract from the KBIS (less than 3 months old)
  • Identity document of the legal guardian
  • Company bank details

To change your telephone number or e-mail address:

  • The identity document of the legal guardian
  • Valid extract from the KBIS (less than 3 months old)

Update your seller locked informations and your banking informations

What payment methods are available to sellers?

Sellers on our marketplace are only paid by bank transfer.

When and how do I get paid?

Invoices for declared orders received are issued every 5 days. Following this invoicing, a bank transfer is made according to our accounting cycles twice a week.

Why have my payments been blocked?

 

If your payment is blocked, this means that you still have an unresolved customer complaint. You must first process the claim and find a solution with your customer to unblock your payment.

How is the marketplace commissioned?

For each product order received by a Buyer, Fnac.com and Darty.com shall receive a commission from the Seller equal to a percentage of the corresponding amount, including shipping costs and VAT. This commission is calculated according to product categories.

Commission rate grid and interpretation

Please note that the Fnac.com and Darty.com marketplace never deduct commission from the seller’s account. The amount of commission is always deducted from the seller’s profits on sales.
